We offer complimentary worldwide shipping on all orders. Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days. Express delivery (1-2 business days) is available for an additional fee.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Noirelle is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues. Once shipped, items are at the buyer's risk.

Please provide accurate shipping information. Noirelle is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Return Window:

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Eligibility:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• All original tags and packaging must be intact
• Items must not show signs of wear or damage
• Customized or made-to-order items are non-returnable
• Sale items are final sale and non-returnable

Return Process:

2. Receive a prepaid return shipping label
3. Ship the item back in original packaging
4. Refund processed within 5-7 business days of receipt

Refund Method:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
