Return Policy

NOIRELLE offers returns for selected items within 30 days of receipt of delivery. Most items sold on NOIRELLE follow our general return policies. However, some have different policies or requirements associated.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order to ensure availability.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs vary. It is free for defective or incorrect items. For other returns, a shipping fee may apply and will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items
